Will I still be able to log into Self-Service and Colleague UI?

A similar version of Self-Service and Colleague UI will be available in the new Colleague SaaS platform once the migration is completed.

When will the migration be complete?

The migration is planned to be completed in January 2026.

What changes should I expect?

Any potential changes to existing processes in Colleague UI and Self-Service will be provided in upcoming updates and direct communications.

Will any of the existing Self-Service options change in SaaS?

The Leave of Absence Form and the process of updating FERPA information will be changed. Further information will be available soon.
