Experience Launch

As part of the university's ongoing Colleague modernization initiative, ITS is introducing enhanced digital solutions through the Ellucian Colleague SaaS platform. Following the configuration and testing of Ellucian Experience, the new platform will be available to students, faculty, and staff beginning July 1, accessible through https://experience.elluciancloud.com/au250/ and the Okta dashboard.

The platform leverages Ellucian's prebuilt cards that integrate existing data from the Colleague system, while ITS continues testing the cards and developing additional custom cards for institutional use. Starting July 7, Experience will serve as the default homepage for campus computer browsers, with a dedicated Okta card for continued direct access to application lists.

When first accessing Experience, users will encounter introductory on-screen messages to get started. Users will view their personalized dashboard, which displays role-specific content organized into individual cards. A limited number of cards are currently enabled, but ITS plans to activate additional cards in the coming months.

All users will initially encounter three cards on their dashboard. Faculty and staff members have access to an Employee Resources card, while students have access to a Student Resources card. Users who currently hold or have previously held both student and faculty or staff roles will find both the Student Resources and Employee Resources cards displayed on their dashboard. Staff members utilizing Ellucian Insights for reporting purposes will have an Ellucian Insights card available on their Experience dashboard.
