ITS has completed the first test data migration from the current Ellucian Colleague system to the cloud-based Ellucian Colleague SaaS platform in collaboration with Ellucian. Work is underway to prepare for a second test data migration. This initial migration was a first step in transferring Colleague data to the SaaS environment, allowing ITS to begin working with Ellucian's Insights data warehouse application. Additionally, AU functional groups have participated in Insights training and discovery sessions. The development of Insights will continue over the coming months in conjunction with other migration tasks in progress.
