ITS is transitioning to more direct Colleague Modernization communications in addition to newsletter communications as the January 2026 go-live date approaches. Recently, ITS completed the integration of Ellucian's Intelligent Learning Platform (ILP) with D2L, which allows Colleague to connect to Brightspace for automated course creation and Brightspace user enrollment. This integration also provides faculty with the option to push final grade entries directly from Brightspace to Colleague, and Fall 2025 Brightspace courses have been created using this new process.
